 VENDOR INFORMATION/ RULES & REGULATIONS/WAIVER FORM/VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome to the 2023 "17th Annual Gateway Arch Riverfront All Car, Motorcycle, and Truck Show.” This event will be held at the Gateway Arch Riverfront, near Laclede's Landing,          #50 Leonor K. Sullivan Blvd., St. Louis MO 63102.

For vendors, this is a 2 day event (set up at the Car Show). If a vendor wants to work only one day, then that could be an option. A limited number of spaces are available.

*(Vendors will also be allowed to set up on Friday August 11, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. at the Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel, 9801  Natural Bridge Road, St. Louis, MO 63134.



Information About the All Car, Motorcyle, & Truck Show

 (2023):

The Car Show will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 at the Gateway Arch Riverfront. It will begin at 10:00 am thru    5:00 p.m.

LOCATION FOR VENDORS:

Vendors will be placed on the center stage and sidewalk at the Gateway Arch Riverfront.

NAMES (S) ON REGISTRATION:

Only the vendor listed on the application will be allowed to display his or her merchandise/product/service, if approved. If you choose to share a vendor space, each vendor must complete a separate application.

Each vendor must provide a description and a photograph of his or her merchandise/product/service. Vendors must note this information on the vendor application.

Merchandise/product/service must be approved before applications are accepted.

All vendors are required to sign a “Vendor Information/Rules & Regulations Form”, “Waiver Form”, and “Vendor Application.” The above documents, along with a photograph of the vendor’s merchandise/product/service and booth space fee must be received before booth spaces are assigned.

If approved, applications must be present and visible at this event at all times.

No refunds: (Rain or Shine!)

HOURS (Car Show):

• Exhibit Hours: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

• Vendor Set-up time: Starting at 8:00 a.m.

*(Vendors must check in with the Vendor Coordinator (Leslie Camp) at the “Vendor’s Registration Booth" on the center stage before setting up their equipment).

If a vehicle (car/truck/motorcycle) is considered part of your display at this event, then it must be included in the vendor's application. The vendor’s application must be approved and accepted before a vehicle is displayed.

PRICE FOR BOOTH SPACE: (Starting at $75, for both days)

TYPE OF PAYMENTS:  Cash, Debit, Credit, or Cash App

BOOTH SPACES: (Limited number of spaces available. Spaces will be issued once the  application is received, approved, and completed)

• All spaces are available

*Vendors are responsible for keeping their booth space clean and free of litter*

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Vendors must provide all canopies, tables, and chairs. 

• There is no electricity or water available for craft booths.

• You must provide all signage for booth (Generators are allowed)

LOAD-IN-INSTRUCTIONS:

• A map of the Gateway Arch Riverfront, vendors, booths/locations, and loading instructions will be mailed or e-mailed to vendors once they are approved.

Please read, understand, and inform anyone in your organization of the Vendor Information, Rules and Regulations, Waiver Form, and Vendor Application.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION:

Vendors will receive a message through e-mail confirming that we have received your on-line request.
